Are you a parent who wants to gift their children
tools for emotional and spiritual resilience?
Children already know how to be present.
When they are very young they have no doubt that they are whole, worthy, and complete. But as they grow, then often have life experiences that bring this confidence into question; relationship difficulties, school pressures, or messages from peers. Meditation and breathwork give children a way to be less ruled by anxious thoughts, and access a calm and loving voice inside themselves. This enables them to process emotions more easily, and to stay true to themselves when faced with difficult choices. These sessions can be supportive for: -Relationship challenges -Anxiety -Social and school pressures -Emotional and behavioural issues -Processing family change -Deciding a future path |
There is no way to control the fact that children will meet emotional challenges.
Meditation provides children with a tool for reconnecting to the innate sense of worthiness they began life with.
This allows them to navigate life from more of a place of wholeness.

"My 6 year old had so much fun with Zoe, she leant lots of new techniques on how to relax. We danced, moved, played games, and laughed a lot-the best way to get a young child engaged!
I asked Bluebell what she thought, she replied 'amazing'.
Thank you Zoe."
